Nenghui Technology Attains IATF16949 Quality System Certification

Recently, Henan Nenghui Green Power Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nenghui Technology, has passed formal audits and been awarded the international certification of IATF16949:2016 Quality Management System. This certification serves as authoritative recognition of the company’s vehicle-grade quality control capabilities and a core qualification for its foray into power batteries for new energy heavy-duty trucks.

Formulated by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF), IATF16949 is a dedicated quality standard for the automotive industry, upgraded and supplemented based on ISO9001:2015. Co-developed by IATF members, including nine vehicle manufacturers such as General Motors, Ford and Volkswagen, as well as industrial associations from five countries, it is a mandatory access qualification for suppliers supporting automakers worldwide.

The standard governs the full-process management of automotive production parts and related service components, mandating the implementation of five core quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA. Featuring rigorous audit criteria, it prioritizes defect prevention and full-process control under a unified global certification supervision framework.

Nenghui Technology has established a complete vehicle-grade quality management workflow and standardized control specifications. Its power batteries for electric heavy-duty trucks comply with mainstream assembly standards for heavy-duty vehicles, applicable to high-intensity heavy-load operation scenarios including mines, ports and steel mills.
